I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my visit. The room was well-organized and the attention to detail was impressive. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable carpet. Additionally, the location was ideal, being close to many restaurants and within walking distance to Baniyas Square metro station.
My stay at this hotel was great. I couldn't find any aspect that could be improved.

L'emplacement était excellent, la sécurité assurée par des gardes 24/7, la propreté impeccable, le personnel honnête et amical, une belle plage juste en face de l'hôtel avec des restaurants de bord de mer. Proximité de la gare routière et du ferry pour Cozumel très pratique.
